AAAH MONDAY

This weekend was all bad for my diet.  At least I did 20 laps Sunday morning to counter it all…OH WELL, time for phase 1 until next week!

5:00 – worked on triceps.  then did elliptical for 30 minutes.

7:27 – a banana and an egg white

9:00 – an apple

11:00 – an egg white

11:30 – ran and walked for 32 minutes

12:50 – watermelon
