5:00 – worked on shoulders, then elliptical for 30 minutes
7:00 – our building owners brought us breakfast, so i'm eating a bagel, some fruit and half a danish.
10:00 – 2 cuties
11:45- brown fried rice with bbq chicken. YUMMY!
