5:00 – im not working out at lunch today because phung is taking me out to eat for my bday. so, i decided to stay an extra half hour and get some more cardio in. it felt good, i might do this more often.
worked on back, ran a 5k, then walked for 25 minutes.
7:15 – BANANA
9:30 – an egg white
11:30 – i had some salad, two cups of soup with white bread, but mainly the crust. i had two of the whole wheat sugar free banana muffin top cakes, and i picked at the bran muffin.
1:30 – two small chocolate chip cookies…heehehehe
5:00 – i had an apple while driving home
7:30 – a bowl of chicken soup with shrimp, fish balls, and a couple pieces of sliced beef. there was rice noodles in it too, but only a fist full.
