5:00 – worked on shoulders, then did elliptical for 30 minutes

7:15 – low sugar oatmeal

10:00 – yogurt

12:30 – veggie soup and a cutie

3:30 – a couple of cuties

7:00 – 3/4 of my chicken enchilada with reduced-fat cheese and non-fat sour cream.

8:00 – we had avocados, so i made an avocado shake.  avocado is healthy, the condensed milk is not..heehehe.  pretty yummy though.
