A NEW DAY!!!

Okay, the last two weeks have been a total disaster.  From eating out too much, enjoying desserts, and not hitting the gym as hard as I used to.  I weighed myself this morning, and I'm at 114!!!!  My threshold was 110. I bet it was the In-and-Out, Starbucks, Red Robin, and Cuban Food while I was in L.A.  TSK TSK TSK!

I am now determined to lose 10lbs.  This should be easy, because I do exercise a lot, and I got a lot of events coming up that I need to train for.  Plus, I added HOT YOGA to my workout! :-)   The only difficult thing is curving the sweet cravings.  Anytime I want something sweet, I should be able to have it, I just gotta portion control!  AAAH, that's gonna be the hardest part.  I need to cut out the vermicelli noodles too.  BOOOOOO!

5:00 – worked on biceps, then did the SELF challenge cardio workout

7:00 – banana and half of my nonfat strawberry yogurt

9:30 – a hard-boiled egg and half of my low-sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal

1:00 – veggie chili

4:30 – an apple

5:30 – hot yoga

8:00 – brown rice with veggies and lean beef

8:30 – some grapes

I should of had my treat, but I was doing so well.  I can't deprive my self, so there is always tomorrow! ;-)

BAD FRIDAY!

7:00 – half of my grande non-fat SFV caramel machiatto, a banana, and half a crumb donut.

11:30 – went to sweet tomatoes.  had spinach salad and the wonton salad.  2 cups of veggie soup with some bread, and 3 blueberry muffins.  LOL

7:00 – had two chicken/shrimp fajitas.  they were huge, but oh so delicious.  no cheese, but i did put guac.  i also had a lemon cookie

slept in this morning, i'll workout at lunch and i got hot yoga tonight

6:30 – a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, and half of my tall sfv non-fat caramel machiatto

10:00 – a banana, and some cadburry easter eggs(the small one's)

11:15 – ran for 25 minutes: 10 minutes at 5mph. intervals at for 12 minutes: stayed at 5mph but uped the elevation to 6.  walked at 4mph for 3 minutes.  i then did those 8 different weight exercises.

1:00 – lunch was so bad.  i just picked up whatever was in the customer meeting.  3 raviolis, 2 pieces of sliced ham, 2 pieces of artichoke hearts, and a big cookie.

5:30 – hot yoga!

7:30 – i got togos for dinner.  turkey sandwich(open faced).  i threw away the top part of the whole wheat bread.  for dessert, i had a lemon cookie!

5:00 – treadmill for 25 minutes – warmed up for 5 minutes at 4.0mph, did 3 intervals(2 minutes at 7.0mph, 4 minutes at 5.0mph). cooled down at 4.0mph for 2 minutes, then walked it off for another 5 minutes at 2.0mph.  i did back exercises afterwards

7:00 – BANANA and half of my grande SFV non-fat caramel machiatto

i didn't have a mid-morning snack because i was sooo damn busy

11:30 – bun thit nuong at a vietnamese restaurant.  didn't eat all the noodles

7:00 – so damn hungry!!  had 3 turkey sliders, a bowl of salad, and 2 lemon girl scout cookies.  YUM-O!

i woke up this morning feeling sore, so i didn't work out this morning…BOOOO

6:30 – a slice of wheat bread with peanut butter on it.  half of my grande non-fat chai tea latte.

11:30 – did bootcamp for 40 minutes…too lazy to run

12:30 – salad from trader joes

2:30 – munched on pretzels and some chocolate…i need to stop eating this stuff!

6:30 – i had bun thang again.  tran made other food for the boys, but i wanted soup

8:00 – made cinnabons with jaryn, lol.  it consisted of white bread, peanut butter, cinnamon, and sugar.  i had one slice, pretty tasty!  next time i'll make it with wheat bread.

i completely ditched out on going to yoga yesterday because mai called to have breakfast.  i didn't go to the gym this morning either…oh well.  i'll workout at lunch and i got yoga tonight.

6:10 – a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, and half of my non-fat grande SFV caramel machiatto ;-)

10 – munched on some pretzels

11:30 – so i tried the exercises in the SELF magazine.  First I warm-uped for 5 minutes, ran for 15 minutes at 7.0, then cooled down for 5 minutes.  afterwards, i did 8 different types of exercises(10 reps for each exercise). i don't know the names of them, but it targeted all muscle areas.  felt good, although i don't know if i was doing them right.  i'll watch the videos tonight.

2:30 – chicken salad and munched on some cradburry easter eggs, lol

5:30 – hot yoga

8:00 – same dinner as last time, bun thang

8:00 – one slice of whole wheat bread with a tsp of peanut butter.  banana too

10:30 – 3/4 of my pho

3:00 – had some girl scout cookies…lemons are so yummy!

7:00 – i made bun thang which consists of chicken broth, vermicelli noodles, eggs, chicken, and pork.  it was sooooo good!

7:30 – one slice of wheat bread and scrambled eggs

10:00 – some tamarine

1:00 – went to krung thai with sissy and had chicken fried rice, curry fish, and some pad thai.  it was pretty tasty

7:00 – bun bo hue.  got a chai tea latte afterwards

9:00 – snacked on some breadsticks at Cess's house.  half a shot of henn.

TGIF – Cardio and Yoga day

5:00 – ran for 25 minutes then biked for 20 minutes.  felt pretty damn good!

7:00 – about to go get a caramel machiatto, heehehehe

9:00 – snacked on some pretzels

12:00 – hot yoga.  boy was it hard, and i was soooo hungry.  i need to eat a better breakfast if i do yoga during lunch

1:30 – an apple, and 2 eggs.

4:00 – i know i snacked on some things, but i don't remember what

7:00 – 1/3 of my roast duck noodle soup, and half of my original size orange dream machine.  i know, weird combo
