7:00 – half of my grande soy chai tea latte, 1 hard boiled egg, and half of my ginger nut bar
10:30 – other half of my ginger nut bar
11:15 – did bootcamp for 40 minutes, then worked on back for another 15 minutes
1:00 – steamed vegetables with soy chips
3:30 – pineapple, grapes, and cantelope
4:20 – did 4 SELF strengthening exercises(2 sets each) then went to my YOGA class. it felt great!
7:30 – spaghetti(brown rice spaghetti), and a couple small bits of tran's steak. i also munched on tamarind and fruit
