today is my rest day
7:00 – half of my tall non fat 1 pump sugar free vanilla caramel machiatto
8:30 – a veggie omelete
10:30 – munched on some watermelon
12:00 – spinach salad with skirt steak. i sorta fudged on my no gluten diet because i had a piece of white bread.
2:15 – had half a piece of princess cake….SOOOO GOOD!
