Family BBQ Day
20 Sep6:30 – worked on triceps and some back. walked for 25 minutes, then ran for the last 5 minutes. i got lazy at the gym, so i didn't go to yoga as planned. ICK! i gotta go at least twice this week, because tran says i won't be in town next week.
8:30 – gluten free waffle and an egg white
11:30 – korean beef, bbq chicken, fried rice, banh beo, etc. i also had two slices of banana cream cake from sweet passions bakery. the cake was freakin' huge!!!!! that made me super full
8:30 – another cup of coffee and some spicy thai salad

19 Sep7:00 – 1 egg and coffee.
10:00 – aah i caved, and i had half a maple bar donut. alot of the maple came off, so im hoping i didn't consume much sugar. heeehehehehhe, just the yummy dough!
12:30 – southwestern salad from tj's, and some fruit lather.
6:00 – i had fish rice noodle soup. i ate most of the fish and less than half of the noodles
8:00 – tall soy chai tea latte

18 Sepcan it be friday already?!?!?! i need to control my diet over the weekend and not over eat. just so i can maintain the weight loss. lol
7:00 – 1 hard boiled egg, 1 egg white, and coffee
10:00 – carrots
11:30 – did 8 SELF strengthening exercises then biked for 15 minutes.
1:00 – shrimp louie salad and some pretzels
5:30 – fruit lather and some grapes
6:30 – ran 3.5 miles with sean and then we went to kim tar. i had half of my wonton soup with chinese brocolli. i tried to stay away from the noodles…SUCCESS!

17 Sep7:00 – spinach omelet and cappuccino
10:30 – banana
11:30 – ran 3 miles with my coworker. i didn't feel like lifting because i was getting hungry. but then i ended up doing 40 minutes of boot camp. i dont think imma run tonight like planned. my left heel was hurting or aching while i was running. so i think it needs some rest.
1:00 – southwestern salad and an apple.
2:00 – i had some pretzels! BLEH!
5:00 – more fruit lather
7:30 – brown rice with tamarind soup

16 Sep7:00 – 2 egg whites, a banana, and some coffee
11:00 – a couple pieces of my ginger nut bar.
11:30 – ran 3.8 miles with my coworker and i think we got a better time. 35:56. i worked on biceps afterwards.
1:20 – aaah, why didn't i eat my lunch before i went into the customer meetings. i had half a chicken sharwarma from dish dash and some salad. tried not too eat too much of the outside wrap(maybe i ate 3/4 of it).

15 Sep7:30 – 2 hard boiled eggs with coffee
11:30 – went to dish dash, and yes i pigged out. well, i had hummus and pita bread(BAD!). i did good and ordered a greek salad with beef. i am super full, and i will be doing my full workout today. LOL.
5:30 – hot yoga! it felt good.
8:30 – watermelon and fruit lather. i know bad dinner, but i didn't feel like doing anything.
12 mile run
15 Sep7:00 – jan and i ran 12 miles!!! YAY for us!
10:00 – whey protein/green powder smoothie
11:30 – coffee
1:00 – brown rice spaghetti
1 to 6 – munched on fruit lather and watermelon ALL DAY long
6:30 – popeyes – 2 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits. also had some mash potatoes and a bit of cajun rice.
Saturday
15 Sep8:00 – hot yoga
10:30 – moon cake and some coffee
2:00 – went to teresa's bridal shower and ate semi healthy except for the brownies. hahah
7:30 – had a bbq chicken skewer with some french bread and more moon cake
TGIF!
12 Sepno workout this morning. i'm tired!! my feet sorta hurt too, so i think i should give it a rest.
7:00 – went to starbucks this morning, and i didn't have any breakfast. so i was tempted to buy a muffin or something, but i ended up with a fruit cup and cappuccino. we're going to a cuban restaurant for lunch, so i gotta save my calories for that. hahhahha
11:30 – went to la bodeguita for lunch. i ordered a cuban sandwich. ate half of it with everything in it, then starting picking at the insides of the other half. too much cheese!
7:00 – sushi sams.

12:30 – skipped the lunch workout today because i have a meeting at 1. im eating my southwestern salad from TJs.
2:50 – strawberries and pears
7:30 – ran 3 miles with sean. this is the fastest we've ever run this route. 27 minutes and 34 seconds
8:45 – small bowl of brown rice pasta with meat sauce.
