can it be friday already?!?!?! i need to control my diet over the weekend and not over eat. just so i can maintain the weight loss. lol
7:00 – spinach omelet and cappuccino
7:00 – 2 egg whites, a banana, and some coffee
7:30 – 2 hard boiled eggs with coffee
7:00 – jan and i ran 12 miles!!! YAY for us!
no workout this morning. i'm tired!! my feet sorta hurt too, so i think i should give it a rest.
