5:00 – worked on triceps. then i ran on the treadmill for 25 minutes. in between running i did two sets of jump squats, kicks, and knee highs
7:00 – coffee and gluten free granola with yogurt
10:30 – 1 egg white. my eggs stink says a coworker! hahah
12:00 – sardine kale salad…i forgot my dressing…BLEH! then i had a portion of sweet potatoes.
3:30 – let's see…i had chocolate!
5:00 – munched on some grapes and dried cranberries
7:00 – a small bowl of bun bo hue
