5:30 – fiber one cereal

630-815 – 2 WODs, squat clean and deadlift/wall balls WOD – wall balls were killer…some of them did not count. total was 437. i surprised myself w/ the deadlift and did 145 at the end. i thought it was 135. (115-125-145)(24-25-20)
9:55 – in a hurry and didn't bring shit to eat today. got soy chai latte, and oatmeal
12:00 – went to trader joe's and got a shrimp louie salad
4 – chowed down on my nuts and cranberries
5:30 – fiber one cereal, soy chai latte
workout – ran 1 mile, and worked on OHS form w/ 30lb bar.
9- 2 egg whites and a banana
1030 – downed my veggie soup right before my hair appt.
1:00 – another soy chai
5 – crab salad and steamed cat fish wrapped in rice paper
aah, i dont know how i'm going to lose the last 10 lbs if i don't stop baking and buying candy
breakfast – fiber one cereal, soy chai latte
snack – cookies and twix…**SIGH**
lunch – shrimp fiesta burrito from baja. i asked that they just put salsa, lettuce and shrimp. the tortilla was bad enough, but i wanted to try the burrito. the pic looked good.
dinner – cookies, more cookies, and some veggie soup
