5:15 – Workout #1
- 3 RFT: 100 lunges, 50 squats, and 25 back extensions – 20:45I don't know why this took me so long. Legs were tired! It was suppose to be 100ft walking lunges, but I didn't know how many lunges were equivalent to 100ft, so I just did 100 lunges. Probably too much, but oh well!!
12:45 – leftover stir fry w/ two slices of pork tenderloin. a handful of blueberries.
4:00 – paleo kit
6:45 – homemade cocido soup. basically a beef soup w/ lots of veggies. had some pork too.
