5AM – CFPA
Strength – TGU: 1-2-3-4 with 12KG Bell. I was suppose to do a 1 rep max afterwards, but decided not to.
Metcon – 2K row: 9:07. I was gassed and tired! My PR from before was 8:53. BLEH!
9:30 – Steak plus roasted veggies.
12:00 – Lunch: Went to Dish Dash and had a chicken salad with olives, tomatoes, and lemon vinaigrette dressing. Also had a small amount of Hummus.
5:30 – Snack: 1 poached egg with a little bit of avocado and maybe 1/4 of a english cucumber.
6:30 – Dinner: 3 pork ribs and some chicken breast with roasted veggies.
