Here’s how I ate after my WOD.
8:30AM – Egg white omelet with veggies, salsa, and a cup of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.


11:30AM – I went to Chipotle with my coworker and I got a chicken salad with black beans, pico de gallo, and hot salsa. Extra lettuce please!

4:30PM – I scarfed down a 4oz turkey patty with some veggies.

7:30PM – For dinner, I decided to have my “extra” meal. This means that I can have extra meat, or extra fat. I finished of all the chicken we had leftover from Nom Nom Paleo’s Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy. I added braised kale and carrots, sauteed mushrooms, avocado, and a serving of cashews. I have to confess that I ate too many cashews. Probably 2 servings worth. ICK!
