6:30 – worked on shoulders, then ran and walked for 40 minutes

8:00 – special k cereal with milk and then a pop tart(BAD!)

11:30 – veggie soup and some cantelop

2:00 – some string cheese

2:30 – a salad from pizza cali

Last day of work! WOO HOO!

5:00 – worked on back,then biked for 20 minutes.  i know i know…im slacking..BADLY

7:20 – apple raisin oatmeal

9:00 – an egg white

10:45- a pear

1:20 – veggie soup

3:00 – some nuts and pretzels

10K was successful!

I did a 10K yesterday.  We ran the first 4 miles, walked the 5th mile, then ran the last mile and a half.  It was great.

so today…I did some more exercising.  Gotta keep it up until the big day!!

5:00 AM – worked on biceps.  Elliptical for 30 minutes

7:30 – an egg white and a banana

11:15 – an egg white and a pear

2:00 – some cashew and almond nuts

2:45 – watermelon

7:00 – sweet potato fries and veggie soup.

5:00 – worked on shoulders and then did elliptical for 30 minutes

6:50 – ate a banana

9:30 – strawberries n cream oatmeal

11:30 – okay today…i wasn't that bad at sweet tomatos.  lots of salad, and spinach salad.  i had chicken from the chicken noodle soup with two pieces of bread.  a cup of vegetable medley.  3/4 of an apple bran muffen, and half a blueberry muffin.  ya…i should do a workout tomorrow, that's for sure!

5:00 – did ellipitcal for 20 minutes and walked for 20 minutes

7:20 – a banana

9:00 – an egg white

11:00 – strawberries n cream oatmeal

11:30- ran for 15 minutes and walked for 5 minutes.  Then did bootcamp for 40 minutes

1:00- some pineapple slices, an egg white, and veggie chili

6:30-went to banana leaf, and had roti prati(BAD!), ong choy(good veggies!), some chicken, and some mango prawns.
i was sorta bad, but not too bad.

12:10 – garden salad at trader joes

1:00 – dried cranberries

3:00 – more dried cranberries

7:00 – veggie chili

BAD TUESDAY

damn, didn't go to the gym this morning cause of work.  gotta readjust my schedule now!

5:00 – half of a tall soy chai tea latte..BAD, but i needed it.  and some fruit.

9:00 – strawberries n cream oatmeal

11:30 – ran for 20 minutes.  worked on back for 20 minutes

2:00 – a pear

3:30 – vegetarian chili

5:00 – sweet potato fries

8:30 – veggie chili with a piece of naan
