DAY 3

31 Oct

5:00 – worked on biceps then ran a 5k

6:50 – a banana

10:00 – oatmeal

today was basically not a phase 1 day.  went to sweet tomatoes for lunch.  got home and snacked on lots of candy.  ended up eating sweet potato fries and veggie soup for dinner.

30 Oct

5:00 – worked on back, then elliptical for 25 minutes

6:55 – a banana

9:00 – peaches n cream oatmeal

11:40 – ran for 20 minutes

12:30 – ate some salad

1:05 – a caramel ghiredelli chocolate

4:00 – another caramel ghiredelli chocolate

6:30 – sweet potato fries and some veggie soup

i caved and had some skittles, m&ms, and twix.  BLAH!

OKAY, gotta lose the weight

5:00 – worked on shoulders.  ran speed intervals at 5.8mph and 6.2 mph

6:45 – a banana

9:10 – peaches n cream oatmeal

11:25 – an egg white

11:40 – ran and walked for 40 minutes

1:00 – salad and pineapple

5:30 – sweet potato fries

okay okay…i cheated a bit.  i had two fun size m&m bags, and 2 fun size skittle bags….aaah, i was bored!

5:00 – ran the 5k and ellipitcal for 15 minutes

7:00 – soy chai tea latte, half a low-fat cranberry apple muffin and a banana.  i gave in!!

10:00 – an egg white

10:45 – apple n cinnamon oatmeal

11:50 – i completely pigged out!  i had lots of salad and spinach salad.  but i also had some bread, 2 blueberry muffins, ice cream, and 2 cups of soup.

2:20 – a chocolate chip cookie

i gained 5lbs

23 Oct

now i  need to lose it!

5:00 – worked on back then biked for 30 minutes

7:00 – banana

9:30 – an egg white and some oatmeal

11:45- 2 peanut m&ms

12:30 – hummus, and shawarma chicken wrap with feta

1:30 – a little hershey chocolate bar

MARRIED and REALLY JET-LAGGED

4:30 – a banana

5:00 – worked on biceps and did elliptical for 30 minutes

6:40 – got a soy chai latte, and ate half a blueberry coffecake

10:30 – an egg white and oatmeal

11:54 – an egg white

12:30 – a salad

2:00 – a pear

4:00 – yes yes, i caved…i had some candy!

7:00 – sweet potato fries(how i missed you!) and some veggie soup
