OKAY, gotta lose the weight

5:00 – worked on shoulders.  ran speed intervals at 5.8mph and 6.2 mph

6:45 – a banana

9:10 – peaches n cream oatmeal

11:25 – an egg white

11:40 – ran and walked for 40 minutes

1:00 – salad and pineapple

5:30 – sweet potato fries

okay okay…i cheated a bit.  i had two fun size m&m bags, and 2 fun size skittle bags….aaah, i was bored!
