boo mondays…

5:00 – worked on triceps then did elliptical for 30 minutes

6:30 – a banana and tall soy chai tea latte

9:30 – some oatmeal

11:15 – i had an egg white, and a couple of dove chocolates(freakin' manager stocked it up again over the weekend!)

11:40 – ran and walked for 30 minutes, then did a tricep exercise

12:40 – veggie chili

3:00 – a cutie and lots of chocolate.

6:00 – had a bowl of noodle soup at the in-laws.
