Okay, the last two weeks have been a total disaster. From eating out too much, enjoying desserts, and not hitting the gym as hard as I used to. I weighed myself this morning, and I'm at 114!!!! My threshold was 110. I bet it was the In-and-Out, Starbucks, Red Robin, and Cuban Food while I was in L.A. TSK TSK TSK!
I am now determined to lose 10lbs. This should be easy, because I do exercise a lot, and I got a lot of events coming up that I need to train for. Plus, I added HOT YOGA to my workout! :-) The only difficult thing is curving the sweet cravings. Anytime I want something sweet, I should be able to have it, I just gotta portion control! AAAH, that's gonna be the hardest part. I need to cut out the vermicelli noodles too. BOOOOOO!
5:00 – worked on biceps, then did the SELF challenge cardio workout
7:00 – banana and half of my nonfat strawberry yogurt
9:30 – a hard-boiled egg and half of my low-sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal
1:00 – veggie chili
4:30 – an apple
5:30 – hot yoga
8:00 – brown rice with veggies and lean beef
8:30 – some grapes
I should of had my treat, but I was doing so well. I can't deprive my self, so there is always tomorrow! 😉
