BLAH..back to work

5:00 – elliptical for 15 minutes, then did 8 NEW self strengthening exercises.

6:40 – banana, 1 hard boiled egg, and about to go get coffee

10:00 – 1 egg white and some almonds

11:30 – ran 3 miles with my coworker and worked on biceps

1:00 – fried brown rice with veggies, watermelon, strawberries, and some pretzels!!
2:15 fruit lather
5:00 – watermelon
7:10 – ran with sean for almost 3 miles
8:10 – chicken soup with some egg and pork in it.
