I'm not too sore!!!  WOO HOO.  That means I can run either today or tomorrow.  I might just do elliptical today, and start running again tomorrow. We'll see how I feel during lunch.

7:00 – coffee, boiled egg, and banana
10:00 – a piece of my ginger nut bar and some cashews
11:30 – worked on biceps for 25 minutes, then biked for another 30 minutes(intervals)
1:15 – fruit lather, and shrimp louie salad
4:00 – MORE FRUIT LATHER
7:00 – half of my whey protein/green powder smoothie.
