7:15 – cappuccino and 2 hard boiled eggs

10:10 – ginger nut bar
11:30 – ran 3.8 miles with my coworker.  worked on shoulders for 20  minutes.
2:00 – brown rice spaghetti, 5 pretzels, and some fruit lather.  i brought it for my coworkers, but ended up eating some myself.
4:00 – fruit lather
5:30 – i made it to hot yoga!!  WOO HOO
8:30 – whey protein/green powder smoothie
