can it be friday already?!?!?!  i need to control my diet over the weekend and not over eat.  just so i can maintain the weight loss. lol

7:00 – 1 hard boiled egg, 1 egg white, and coffee
10:00 – carrots
11:30 – did 8 SELF strengthening exercises then biked for 15 minutes.
1:00 – shrimp louie salad and some pretzels
5:30 – fruit lather and some grapes
6:30 – ran 3.5 miles with sean and then we went to kim tar.  i had half of my wonton soup with chinese brocolli.  i tried to stay away from the noodles…SUCCESS!
