Family BBQ Day

…which means i'll be eating…A LOT!  haha, i really gotta control myself.  

6:30 – worked on triceps and some back.  walked for 25 minutes, then ran for the last 5 minutes.  i got lazy at the gym, so i didn't go to yoga as planned.  ICK!  i gotta go at least twice this week, because tran says i won't be in town next week. 😉
8:30 – gluten free waffle and an egg white
11:30 – korean beef, bbq chicken, fried rice, banh beo, etc.  i also had two slices of banana cream cake from sweet passions bakery.  the cake was freakin' huge!!!!!  that made me super full
8:30 – another cup of coffee and some spicy thai salad
