7:00 – worked on biceps and 4 SELF strengthening exercises.  then did the elliptical for 30 minutes

8:45 – coffee with a banana and 1 egg white.
12:30 – shrimp louie salad from trader joes
2:30 – fruit lather
7:00 – had dinner with the girls at my house.  the theme was thai food. i had a little bit of everything, rice with with veggies and tofu, soup, pad thai, and fried rice.  i also had fried banana with coconut ice cream….YUMMY!
