DAMMIT, i woke up super late today and i didn't go to my scheduled workout.  BLEH!  guess i gotta do it right before yoga tonight.

7:30 – coffee and banana
9:50 – 2 eggs.
11:30 – totally pigged out at sweet tomatoes.  i did good with the salad and soup, until i had some bread and blueberry muffins.  now i feel uncomfortable.
3:30 – worked on biceps for 40 minutes, then i headed to yoga.  seems weird, but i was able to do every move!  it felt good!  gonna visit yoga again before th run.
8:30 – shrimp louie salad, watermelon, and some fruit lather šŸ˜‰
