6:30 – coffee, grapes, and pineapple

10:00 – spinach omelet and some fruit lather
11:30 – ran 3 miles to get me loose!!  felt good! 
12:45 – brown rice sushi from trader joe's…eeeh, it was ok.
4:00 – munched on some fruit lather
6:00 – went to amarin thai.  i had some hot&sour soup, green papaya salad, brown rice with some bamboo shoots and beef, and a little bit of fried rice.  SOOOO WHAT!  i'm on my rag!
