7:00 – my left over protein shake from yesterday and coffee

9:00 – 1 egg…ate my other eg at 10 with some fruit lather.
11:15 – worked on shoulders, then walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
2:00 – southwestern salad from tj's and watermelon.  i'm trying to resist the chocolate.
5:00 – went to hot yoga.  felt great!!
8:00 – i had a piece of steak with bell peppers and salad.  then i munched on fruit lather for dessert.
