6:00 – a whey protein/green powder smoothie

7:20 – dry cappuccino.
11:00 – 1 hard boiled egg
11:15 – worked on back, then biked for 30 minutes
12:45 – shrimp louie salad from tj's.  damn, when am i gonna get sick of this salad.
5:30 – fruit lather.  damn, when am i gonna kick this habit. lol
8:00 – small bowl of pho…YUMMY! šŸ˜‰
