im headed to the game tonight, so i got my workout in this morning.  hopefully i can run and walk on the treadmill during the lunch.  woo hoo!!

5:00 – worked on back, and 2 sets of 8 SELF strengthening exercises.
6:45 – banana, 1 egg, and coffee
11:30 – 1 egg, and southwestern salad from tj's.  im not going to the gym because 1.)my coworker's ankle is bothering him and 2) im super busy.  maybe i'll go before the sharks game tonight.
3:30 – hand a handful of roasted almonds and cashews
6:30 – we ended up a pizza cali before the game.  i had a bowl of salad with tran's pizza crust.  we also ordered some breadsticks (smoothered with cheese) for the game.  i had 3 pieces.
9:00 – some fruit lather.
