Happy Hump Day 10-15-08

no workout this morning. i'll do it at lunch, then i got yoga tonight

7:00 – 1 egg and some coffee
10:30 – 1 egg
12:30 – shrimp louie salad
3:30 – some fruit lather
7:00 – small piece of steak with sweet potato fries
8:30 – some more fruit lather
