5:00 – biked for 30 minutes.  i'll lift and do more cardio during lunch.  oh ya…my knee is killing me.  

7:30 – pineapple and grapes with my half calf coffee.  i need to cut back on this coffee intake.
9:30 – 1 egg
aah, it's all went down hill today. i went to workout and walked for 30 minutes.  then i ended up eating a salad and lots and lots of candy.
for dinner i had chicken shrimp stir fry with brown rice. i loaded up on brocolli and bell peppers
