5:25 – worked on back and shoulders.  then did elliptical for a good 15 minutes.  ;-).  hey…i got a late start!

7:30 – grande non-fat cap…i gotta start cutting back and getting a tall.
8:00 – tomato and spinach omelet
10:20 – banana
12:15 – mixed greens with half a can of sardines (a can comes with 4 sardines).  no dressing…i forgot to pack it!!!  imma be hungry soon.
2:30 – smashed sweet potatoes

5:00 – i caved!  and had shrimp chips from vietnam.  i wonder what they put in that stuff…

7:00 – some porridge with chicken
