TGIF!

aah, i woke up too late to workout.  i wanted to run this morning and do some arm exercises in between the run.  oh well, gotta shoot for lunch time.  

7:00 – tall non-fat capp and i bought a cup of fruit from starbucks.
ALSO, I WISH I HAD TIME TO DO THE WOD TODAY.  IT LOOKS LIKE FUN.  MAYBE I'LL DO IT @ WORK BEFORE MY COWORKER MEETS UP WITH ME TO RUN.  FOR THE SIT-UPS, I'LL JUST DO THE ONES ON THE FLOOR, AND FOR THE HIP&BACK EXTENSIONS, I'LL JUST WORK THE LOWER BACK WITH A SIMILAR MACHINE.
11:15 – split the same type of omelet with tran today.  except no spinach this time.  i ran out.
11:45 – ok, i didn't do the WOD.  i was too tired after our run.  it's such a nice day, and i got my sweat on.  lol.  we did 3.78 miles and our time was 37:42.  
it was a good week for running.  :-)
2:00 – left over minestrone soup.  there was not much left, so i added the rest of my kidney beans to it.  i'm munchin' on a variety of nuts right now too.
4:00 – munched on fruit lather
7:00 – went to dinner with both set of parents.  we went to this asian restaurant.  it was alright, and i tried to eat as healthy as i could.  i had half a cup of brown rice with some seafood soup, stir-fried shrimp, and peppered beef.
9:00 – tran and i went to cheesecake factory afterwards to get some dessert.  it was so crowded, we just got the dessert to go.  so i noshed on some dulce de leche cheesecake.  it was great.  i only had half, but that was probably 600 calories already. HAHAHAH…it's my birthday! 😉
