The Sun Is Out Today!!! – 2/7/09

7:30 – a strawberry, banana, macadamia nut smoothie with 1.5 scoops of protein powder. (approx 269 calories)

10:00 – 2 egg white omelet with 1/4 a cup of onions, and 1 oz of turkey pattie…BLEH(approx 72 calories)

11:00 – Crossfit "Tasty 28" – Finished in 14 minutes 🙂

  • 28 push-ups
  • 28 lunges
  • 28 pull ups(green band)
  • 28 box jumps (stepped)
  • 4 KB walks(8kg KB x2)
  • 28 wall balls (8lb)
  • 280 m row
  • 280 run

I was not tired at all after this.  I shoudl of used a heavier ball for the wall balls, and done the actually jumps on the tire.  Next time!

1:00 – Went to Plutos @ SR.  I intended to get a salad with steak, but the line was super freakin' long for salads.  So i got a Lunar Dip which was ciabatta bread with tri tip and cheese.  I didn't at the cheese, and took out the mayo on the bread, so it ended up being very thin.  I ate half, along with some stir fried veggies.  (approx 550 calories)

I even went to Kara's and got some cupcakes….but not for me!  I was good!

2:30 – grapes and cantaloupe

5:00 – i just ate A BAG OF CRAZY BREAD!! (approx 700 calories).  lol
7:00 – i made roast beef for dinner with onions, bell peppers, and squash. (approx 400 calories)
