TGIM – 2/9/09

Okay, because I went to Sweet Tomatoes last night, I ended up doing major cardio this morning, even though I'll be doing cardio at lunch.  Judd said to cut out the little arm exercises I do because they are a waste of time, but I had to spice up my cardio a bit.  LOL.  I felt guilty for eating so much last night, that I wanted to do the triple workout today.  YAY for excercising. 

5:00 – ran for 30 minutes, but stopped every 5 minutes to do a arm strengthening exercise.  ran between 6-7mph.  it felt GOOD!!!
7:00 – 1/2 of a short americano with 1 pump SVH, and a 2 egg white omelet with spinach, artichoke, and onions. (approx 202 calories)
9:45 – 1.5 oz of orange roughy and about to eat a bag of omega 3 trek mix(228 calories)

11:30 – ran at lunch with my coworker on the treadmill.  i walked for 10 minutes, ran for 30.  the first ten were at 6.0mph w/ an elevation of 1.  Then I did 3 sets of the following: ran 5.5 mph w/ incline of 4, 5.5 mph w/ incline of 5, 5.5 mph w/ incline of 6.  The last two minutes i ran at 6.0 mph at incline of 1.  It felt good!!!
1:00 – I had broccoli/carrot cole slaw with cranberries and pistachios. I also had a cup of beef chili…YUMMY!(approx 411 calories)
2:45 – protein shake (strawberries, blueberries, 1 1/2 scoops of whey), and 3 macadamia nuts.  i also had an apple (approx 350 calories)
5:35 – munchin' on grapes before crossfit
6:00 – damn Judd was hella hyped after coming back from the Crossfit Affiliate gathering in Austin.  He's crazy!  lol.  We did Cindy today.  As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.  I completed 15 rounds!
    • 5 pull ups (blue band)
    • 10 push ups
    • 15 squats
This workout is no joke!  It sounds easy, but I was sweating like a pig!!
8:00 – i made spicy honey bbq chicken fromt he paleo site.  it was alright..3oz chicken breast plus a drumstick.  I also had broccoli, asparagus, and bok choy.  dessert: 2 cuties…and i might eat something else!  LOL.  (approx 500 calories)
TOTAL CALORIES CONSUMED: 1700

    how do you know the calories for coffee? especially if you get it at starbucks? i tried searching for it at the xbodyfitness meal plan site and it doesn't have an option for it.
    i got a sugar free nonfat vanilla latte. you know how many calories is that? lol!

    haha, thanks rhona! my goal was to do at least 14, because i guess that's the prescribed. hopefully i'll see ya tomorrow at 6 and 7?!?!?
