i am sore everywhere!  it's not super sore, but it's enough for me to notice.  i gotta watch what i eat today, because we are going to yuki sushi for lunch. i think im going to order a seaweed salad, and a chirashi bowl.  i'll just eat a little bit of rice…very little!

5:00 – biked for 20 minutes.  i was suppose to hope on the elliptical for another 20, but i was reading a yoga magazine while biking.  i saw a little yoga sequence that i wanted to try out, since my muscles were all tight.  i did this for 15 minutes.
7:00 – 1/2 of my short americano with 1 pump sugar free hazelnut, and about to eat my omellete(tomatoes, spinach) – approx 158 calories
8:45 – man, im super hungry already…bag of almond, cashew, cranberries mix. (approx 220 calories)
12:00 – yes i was bad.  i had chicken tataki as an appetizer(sauce on the side), and a chirashi bowl.  (approx 500 calories).  i guess the only bad part was the light soy sauce and the rice.  i had about 1/4 -1/2 a cup of rice, and about 1/4 a tsp of light soy sauce.  gotta be good for the rest of the day!
7:00 – beef chili with lots of asparagus and bok choy.  dessert: cutie and some strawberries (440 calories)

    question, how do you know how many calories you are consuming when you eat out? the xbody nutrition website doesn't have all things listed. please do tell your secret? =)

    hmm…if it's a popular place like chilis, then they should have nutrition info on their website. but if it's like PHO, i just google it to see if people have it listed somewhere, then i make a big fat scientific guess! HAHAHAHA
