I feel great this morning, and no nasty #2s last night!!  WOO HOO!

5:00 – warmed up for 5 minutes, ran for a little over 3 miles, then cool downed for 10 minutes.
7:00 – cherry tomatoes with celery, and 1/4 of my short decaf americano, and an egg white. (85 calories)
9:15 – 1 egg white and an cutie (60 calories)
10:30 – an apple (81 calories)
12:45 – 4 oz pork chop with some bell peppers. dessert:2 cuties. (324 calories)
2:30 – 2 more cutie and 3 fruit lather bars (230 calories)
5:00 – protein shake, and half of my vegan chocolate chip cookie.  i know bad, i threw aways the other half. (369 calories)

6:00 – double WOD day at crossfit.  i sucked today!

2 Rounds for Time
50 SDHP (12kg KB)
21 burpees
400 m run
Time: 13 something…

Main Site WOD:
pull ups – i think i stopped at round 10.

8:00 – more pork chops for dinner with cauliflower and broccoli.  dessert: fruit lather (382 calories)
oh i forgot i had lots of fruit at my mom's house.
