this  mornings workout was BLAH.  and i tried to do a 55lb thruster, but i felt so tired after 1.  ick!  now i'm not sure what i should use for the WOD on saturday.  **SIGH**.

5:20 – ran/walked for 40 minutes.  mostly walked.  3.0mph – 6.0 mph
7:00 – 1 hard boiled egg and coffee
8:00 – 1 egg white, cantaloupe, and pineapple
9:45 – honey roasted peanuts
11:30 – went to dish dash and had a greek salad(no feta) w/ beef.
4:00 – some fruit lather
7:00 – had some bbq pork and steamed pork.  also had sweet potato fries.  not so nutritious, but hey…there were no refined carbs!
