TGIF! – 4/3/09

Let's say yesterdays meals went to shame while getting my HAIR DID!  Oh well, I was happy!  Anyways, after indulging, it always feels good to workout the next day…harder and stronger!

5:30 – Nancy – 5 RFT
  • 400 m run ( treadmill at 6.2mph)
  • 15 OHS (I think the bar I used for 35lb, I wish they would mark it hear at work).
Time: 19:08 – Suckage, but oh well.  I got my sweat on.  I wanted to use 45#, but it seems so heavy.  Heavier than the bars at Xfit.  Maybe I'm just imagining things.  LOL.  I did do unbroken sets though!
