Life after being pregnant

Here goes!  Mason is here, and now I'm starting to get back into the swing of things.  I figure I need to blog what I eat because I pump and save my milk.  If Mason takes the bm, and has a bad reaction, I could sort of pinpoint what I had that day.  I'm also starting to get back into working out.  I've ran a couple miles the past few days, but definitely need to get back into the swing of things as soon as possible.

7:30 – fiber one cereal
9:00 – apple and tj's plantation strips(too much sugar, but oh well)
10-11: a few pieces of steamed pork
1:30 – veggie soup and a tangerine
