breakfast – fiber one

lunch – chicken, steamed pork, and egg in chicken soup w/ some veggies
i weighed myself and i've only lost .4 lbs since last week.  i think it's the extra pigging out that i've done.  the last 10lbs won't be as easy as the first 35.  lol.
snack – pineapple
dinner – ragu(carrots, beef, cauliflower mixed in tomato sauce soup)
soy chai tea latte, plantation strips from tj's and popcorn
