Happy New Year Voxers(JAN!).  HAHAHAH, this is exciting, but tough at the same time.  Let's see if I can really lose the baby fat.  I'm not giving up my soy chai until feb(if I haven't seen any improvement).

5:00 – did 400m uphill sprints on the treadmill.  7.0 incline, going at 6.0-6.5mph.  It was tough! 2:24, 2:23, 2:26, 2:34.  I had about 3 to 4 minute rest in between(walked).
6:30 – soy chai(stayed away from the dairy!!)
8:00 – 1 hard boiled egg, and 1 egg white
10:40 -scrambled eggs w/ ground turkey, some chicken, and mushrooms(small serving), and some almonds, cashews
12:00 – 14.3 rounds of cindy
1:00 – shrimp salad w/ almonds, avocado, and carrots.  no dressing..BLAH!
