SNATCHES SUCKED!

6:00 – left over orange roughy and aspargus, 1 egg white

7:15 – 20m sprint, snatches…this WOD sucked because I don't know how to snatch
9:30 – soy chai latte, and i bought a spinach wrap.  yes this broke my carb diet, but i needed protein asap after my workout, and this was the only "healthy" choice.  i did not eat much of the tortilla.
