5:00 – 2 mile run.  I was going to do a WOD this morning, but decided to save it for lunch.  Deadlifts and Saturday's WOD at lunch, and I can't back out!

7:00 – soy chai, egg white scramble with bell peppers, asparagus, and chicken
10 – a handful of trek mix(walnuts, almonds, pistachios, and dried cranberries), 1 egg white, and an apple
12- did deadlifts 3repx5rounds, got up to 195#.  Then did saturdays weird wod and got 6 rounds
1:15 – tomato soup with veggies and a few pieces of chicken
3- apple
7- some olive oil popcorn and some chicken w/ stir fried veggies

I've been pretty good this week so far.

5:00 – 3 rounds for time: 18 35# KB swing, 20 sit ups, and 12 burpees, 10:38
6:30 – banana, grande soy chai, and whey protein w/ water

I was good all weekend except for my egg tarts last night.  WHY DID I TELL SEAN TO BUY ME SOME!?!?!  I ate them all, no dinner…LOL.

5:00 – worked on back squat. 77% of max. (5×5) 55#-65#-75#-85#-90#.
6:00 – 1 egg, banana, and soy chai tea latte
10 – another egg and some nuts
12:00 – 3 rounds 15 snatch and 50 jump c2b pull ups.  i didn't really time myself because i was using a really light bar to work on form.  still worked up a sweat.
1 – steak salad and an orange

SNATCHES SUCKED!

6:00 – left over orange roughy and aspargus, 1 egg white

7:15 – 20m sprint, snatches…this WOD sucked because I don't know how to snatch
9:30 – soy chai latte, and i bought a spinach wrap.  yes this broke my carb diet, but i needed protein asap after my workout, and this was the only "healthy" choice.  i did not eat much of the tortilla.

5:00 – did a short warmup which include 2 rounds of double unders, dips, modified hspu, dumb bell thrusters(15#).

Did bench press WOD 1-10-1-20-1-30
6:30 – soy chai, 1 egg white
10 – eggs w/ chicken asparagus ground turkey and mushrooms
11:30 – orange
11:45 – ran a mile, then did 100m sprints on the treadmill at 8.5 mph 
1- shrimp salad again and an apple

6:30 – banana, protein w/ water, and mainsite wod
8:30 – soy chai

10:24 – 2 hard boiled egg

11:45 – ate an orange while walking to the gym
12:00 – worked on shoulder press…too sore to actually try and do anything else
1:00 – shrimp salad
6:00 – chicken veggie soup

HAPPY NEW YEAR – 2010

Happy New Year Voxers(JAN!).  HAHAHAH, this is exciting, but tough at the same time.  Let's see if I can really lose the baby fat.  I'm not giving up my soy chai until feb(if I haven't seen any improvement).

5:00 – did 400m uphill sprints on the treadmill.  7.0 incline, going at 6.0-6.5mph.  It was tough! 2:24, 2:23, 2:26, 2:34.  I had about 3 to 4 minute rest in between(walked).
6:30 – soy chai(stayed away from the dairy!!)
8:00 – 1 hard boiled egg, and 1 egg white
10:40 -scrambled eggs w/ ground turkey, some chicken, and mushrooms(small serving), and some almonds, cashews
12:00 – 14.3 rounds of cindy
1:00 – shrimp salad w/ almonds, avocado, and carrots.  no dressing..BLAH!
