6:30 – grande soy chai

9:00 – omelet, egg whites, chicken breast
10:30 – OHS 3/3/3/1/1.  Then did 10….1 of db front squats, burpess, and presses.  Used 15#, and it was killer!!
12:30 – eggplant, asparagus, romaine lettuce salad with shrimp
1:30 – nuts and an orange.
