6:30 – Did the Santa Clara Challenge WOD from last week.

Time: 14:11

This time sucked!!!  SUCKED!!!

I didn't bring any food today.  We'll see how things go.
8:20 – Skinny vanilla latte(extra foam) and 1/3 of my omelet from hobees.  Egg whites, chicken, artichokes, and spinach.  Saving the rest for lunch.
11:15 – scarfed down the rest of the omelet.  still hungry but will save my fruit for this afternoon.
2:00 – fruit.
4:30 – i ate a small portion of my usually omelet and 2 ribs from the super bowl.  i was hunger and we had to go to costco.  you definitely can't go to costco on an empty stomach
6:30 – rotissoire chicken from costco, some asparagus and brussel sprouts.  had some strawberries for dessert.  YUMMY!
