The knee is still aching when I sleep at night.  Maybe it's because I curl up into fetal position, and when I stretch it hurts.

6:30 – eggs w/ salsa and a little bit of fruit.  Triple shot skinny vanilla latte.
I've decided on March 1st, I'll be going on Phase 1 of the Fat Smash diet.
10:00 – small fruit plate w/ pineapple, cantaloupe, grapes, and half a small grapefruit
12:00 – lots of salad w/ chicken and pico de gallo sauce.  half of my other grapefruit
2:45 – 2 trek mix packs…IM HUNGRY!!!  Its going to be a long flight.
