Detox Day 7 – 3/7/10

WEIGH IN DAY…it's 6:30AM and I am freakin' hungry!  

Ate mostly fruit today.  More fruit than veggies, which is bad.  I worked on some lifts at Jaye's house, then I did the following:
  • 5RFT: 7 deadlifts(155#), 11 burpees – 8:08

Very sluggish the first and second round because I was contemplating finishing it.  LOL – I always do this to myself.  BLEH!
