Detox Day 6/7 March 20-21 2010

had lots of fruit and veggies.  went to sweet tomatoes saturday night and had soup and salad.  got more jackfruit this weekend.  had chicken soup sunday night.  worked out both days.

DOWN 5LBS!!!  Let's hope I at least keep my weight the same for the next two weeks.  PORTION CONTROL!
