5:30 – Workout #1

  • Ran 5K, then walked up to the 4th mile to cool down.  My legs are TIRED!

7:00 – whey protein with water

9:00 – egg white w/ kale, asparagus, and bell peppers
11:45 – chicken veggie soup
2:18 – a small apple w/ some grapefruit
5:30 – munched on jackfruit.  i can't stop eating this stuff, and it's totally cutting up my tongue
8:00 – broiled bass w/ tumeric spice, salad, and asparagus
